Look what our missions have been up to!

Our partnership with Love In the Name of Christ is
very successful. We held a special breakfast in
December for clients of Love INC.

Kids' Hope has been working with the children of
South Elementary all year. Our mentors have been
having a wonderful time getting to know these very
special children.
Special Collections

There is FOOD DRIVE taking place at
My Personal Credit Union
2187 Port Sheldon St.

Items especially needed are: Peanut Butter,
Granola Bars, Fast Shake Pancake Mix, 100%
Juice Boxes, Ready to serve soups, canned meats
(chicken/tuna) or other KID FRIENDLY foods.
All food items collected will be divided between
the 7 churches involved in the Hand 2 Hand
ministry which provides food to children & their
families over the weekends. These children would
likely go hungry without this help.

Earthquake relief for Haiti. Your generous gift
to the UCC's Haiti Earthquake Relief fund will
enable our Haitian and international partners to
offer immediate emergency relief as well as long
term recovery and rehabilitation to the families
and communities devastated by this tragedy.
100% of donations received by the UCC will be
used for relief and recovery initiatives. Recent
legislation makes it possible to deduct cash
charitable contributions to aid victims of the
Haiti earthquake on 2009 Tax Returns.

We are also collecting For UCOM. There is a
box in the Welcome Center designated for this
purpose. We collect a different type of item
each month.

Also, be on the look out for the Mother's Day
flower sale to benefit the youth!
